Louise Morris

Louise Morris, lifetime resident of Blair, passed away at Crowell Memorial Home on Thursday evening, August 18, 1988 one week prior to celebrating her 95h birthday.

Louise was born in Blair, Nebraska to Judge E. C. Eller and Ella Kemp.

She attended elementary school in Blair and was a graduate of Blair High School.

She was united in marriage to Harry L. Morris on January 18, 1916 in Lincoln, Nebraska. He preceded her in death on August 4, 1959.

Louise was a lifelong member of the Congregational Church. She was also active in the Eastern star Monday Afternoon Club and Daughters of the American Revolution.

In October of 1979 she moved to Crowell Home where she resided until her death.

She is survived by her daughter Eloise Morris Sperati, of Parkersburg, West Virginia; two grandsons, Robert and William Sperati, and one granddaughter Solveig (Mrs. Leon Korte) of Blair, Nebraska; 7 great grandchildren.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband, one sister Pauline Roush and one brother, William Curtis Eller.

Services were held 2:30 p.m. Monday August 22, 1988 at the Congregational Church.

Graveside services were held in the Blair Cemetery with Rev. Debra Tompsett-Welch officiating. Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
