Services for Grace Bartels, age 94 of Blair and formerly of Omaha and Millard who died September 21, 1993 at Memorial Community Hospital, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, September 23 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home with graveside services at 3:30 p.m. at the Voss-Mohr Cemetery in Millard.

Grace Bartels was born June 7, 1899 in Blair, Nebraska to Henry and Amanda Busch Struve. She graduated from Blair High School.

She worked at the bank in Blair and at city hall. She also worked for a short time in California.

In 1935 she married Frank Bartels. They farmed in the Millard area until his death in 1955.

She then moved to Omaha where she resided until coming to Blair. She had been a resident of Good Shepherd Home since June 7, 1989.

She was a member of the Papillion Eastern Star Chapter No. 114 and All Saints Episcopal Church in Omaha.

She is survived by nephews Dar Sol of Blair, Clifford (Tip) and Virginia Sol of Blair, Herman and niece Edna Mann of Fremont.
