Terri Lynn Larsen, 52

Terri Lynn Larsen, 52, of Blair died Friday, Aug. 22, 2014. She went to be with her Heavenly Father after a battle with cancer.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Blair. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in the Bancroft Cemetery in Bancroft. Visitation will be Tuesday at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home beginning at 2 p.m. with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Terri Lynn Larsen was born on Feb. 17, 1962, in Fremont, to Robert Larsen Sr. and Myra (Hermelbracht) Larsen. She attended Bancroft High School and graduated in 1980.

Terri was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s disease when she was 22. In 1985, she underwent a bone marrow transplant. She and her family were blessed with 30 more years due to the success of the transplant. In January of 2014, she was diagnosed with leukemia and in July underwent a stem cell transplant.

Terri was very strong in her faith; she was a wonderful and loving mother, daughter, sister and grandmother. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Over the years, she worked at Commercial Federal in Omaha, Washington County Bank in Blair and Tekamah, and for the past 12 years managed the office at No Frills Supermarket.

She is survived by her children; son Justin (Miranda) Lammers; daughter Diem Lammers of Indiana; grandsons: Cameron and Leslie; parents: Robert Larsen Sr. and Myra Larsen of Blair; sisters Patty (Doak) Wegner of West Point and Brenda (Tim) Nelson of Johnson Lake; brother Rob (Kim) Larsen of Bennington; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
