DOUBLE FUNERALS HELD FOR GUS TIENKENS
Double funeral services were held this past Wednesday, August 10, for both the parents of Mrs. Wallace (Alverta) Voss at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hooper. Pastor Douglas and Frizel Westerlund officiated at the services.
Mr. and Mrs. Gus H. Tienken were residing at the Scribner Good Samaritan Center since March 1, 1985. Mrs. Olga Tienken, 93 years, died August 6 and Mr. Gus Tienken, 91 years, died August 8.
Also surviving is another daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Almira) Von Seggern of Scribner, Nebraska.
Moser Mortuary handled the funeral arrangements.
