Word has been received in Blair of the death of Mrs. R. E. (Mildred) Morton in Lodi, California. Mrs. Morton was the wife of the former Dana College President Dr. R. E. Morton.

Mrs. Morton was 77 at the time of her death. Funeral services are being planned for Monday, August 17th in Lodi, California.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. R. E. Morton, of 546 W. Tokay in Lodi, California 95240. She is also survived by several children and grandchildren.

The family has requested that memorials can be given in the name of Dana College.
