Louise Nelson, 94, of Arlington died Sunday, Nov. 16, 1997, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Kennard. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery.

Mrs. Nelson was born Jan. 7, 1903, in Brewster, Neb., to James and Mary Way. On Dec. 3, 1919, she married Albert Nelson. They farmed in the Kennard and Arlington area until they retired. At that time, they moved to Arlington.

Survivors are three daughters, Irma Christensen of Kennard; Lorraine Schoettger of Columbia, Mo. and Marion Laaker of Arlington; 11 grandchildren and several great and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert in 1959; and a daughter, Madelyn Lallman in 1970.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
