Hans Barnold

Barnold was born in July 29, 1855 and came to America when about twenty of age and most of the time coming to this county has spent in Blair. He was of excellent character and a life free from censure.

He passed away last Friday morning from an attack of heart trouble at the age of 76 years and 1 month.

The funeral services were held from The German Lutheran church last Sunday at two p. m. and interment was made in the Blair cemetery.

He leaves to mourn his death, one sister, Mrs. Deitrich Schmidt of Blair, and two nephews, Henry Schmidt of Winslow, and Hans Schmidt of Calhoun.
