W. C. TIEDGEN DIED THURS.

SERVICES HELD SATURDAY FOR LIFETIME FORT CALHOUN RESIDENT

William C. Tiedgen, 81 years of age, of Fort Calhoun, died Thursday at the McBride Home in Blair.

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Walter H. Moll, Jr., officiating with interment in Fort Calhoun Cemetery.

Mr. Tiedgen is survived by his wife, Louise; three sons, William, Donald and Howard, all of Omaha; four daughters, Mrs. William Petersen of Blair, Mrs. Freda Neuhaus of Omaha, Mrs. Grace Werblow of Dodge and Mrs. Joan Gage of Fort Calhoun; two step-daughters, Mrs. Clara Anderson and Mrs. Edna Danek, both of California; two brothers, Walter of Sholes, Nebr., and Emil of Carroll, Nebr.; 21 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mr. Tiedgen, a lifetime resident of the Fort Calhoun area, was born Nov. 8, 1879 on a farm west of Fort Calhoun.

The Sievers Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
