ANNA TIETZ (SERVICE) WAS WEDNESDAY

Funeral services for 77 year-old Anna Tietz were held on Wednesday, May 17th at the Roeder Mortuary in Omaha. Mrs. Tietz passed away at her home on Route 5, Florence Station on Monday, May 15th.

Rev. Sidney Raymond officiated at the service with burial in the Forrest Lawn Cemetery. Mrs. Tietz was the wife of Frank Tietz. The Tietzs have lived in the same location for 43 years. Mrs. Tietz was (born) in Washington County on August 17, 1900.

Mrs. Tietz was a member of the Florence Presbyterian Church and the Rose Rebekah Lodge Number 139.

Surviving Mrs. Tietz is her husband, Frank, a son and two daughters. They are: Lawrence Tietz of Omaha; Mrs. Albert (Margaret) Fix, Omaha; Mrs. Russell (Myrtle) Wolf, Omaha.

Surviving sisters are Louise Ritter and Marty Hegarty, and Mary Wallace of Omaha; and Emma Pageant of Portland, Oregon.

Pallbearers were grandsons and grand sons-in-law, Wes Grunke, Nick Andrews, Scott and Charles Wolf, William Pilant, Richard Seaman, Lawrence Tietz Jr. and Richard Tietz.
