Leslie Tighe, 73, of Blair died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 1997.
There will be visitation Thursday from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Hadan Golden Reichmuth Mortuary in Bennington with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Graveside services will be private.
He was a 34-year employee of Omaha Public Power District. He was a three-year veteran of World War II and a long-time member of the Omaha Musician’s Union.
Survivors are his wife, Karen; sons, Les of Bennington and Rick and Mark of Blair; a daughter, Sharon Kugel of Wahoo; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Ed of North Platte, Neb. and a sister, Janet Taylor of Omaha.
