Judy Ann Miller, 62, of Fremont died Monday, Sept. 1, 2014, at her home.

Judy was born May 15, 1952, at St. Paul. She grew up in Arlington, and graduated from Arlington High School. She attended Midland Lutheran College and specialized in early childhood education. She was self-employed as a nanny for many years. She loved children and was an avid reader.

She is survived by brothers, Shelby (and wife, Nancy) Miller of Fremont and Michael Plugge of Newman Grove; sisters, Patricia Miller of Omaha, Shirley Debros of San Antonio, and Dawn (and husband, Mike) Willis of Elkhorn; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Gladys Plugge; grandparents; and sister, Ramona Sobczak.

A graveside service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Kennard Cemetery. The Rev. Rodney Adams will officiate. There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Note: She is buried in Blk 8 Lot 43 Sp 3 in the Kennard Cemetery.
