HAROLD R. TIMM, 54

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 11 at Salem Lutheran Church at Fontanelle for Harold R. Timm, 54 of rural Arlington who died May 7, 1993 when he was crushed by a grain box on a straight truck. Rev. Scott Postlewait will officiate. Burial will be in Telbasta Cemetery northeast of Fontanelle.

Harold R. Timm was born September 12, 1938 at Telbasta, Nebraska. He lived his entire life on the same farm a half mile east of Telbasta.

A farmer, he served as a 4-H leader of the Bell Creek View Baby Beef 4-H Club. He was also well known as an avid tractor-pull contestant.

He married Anna Foltz July 20, 1963.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul H. and Emma Lambrecht Timm; two sisters, Emma Timm and Grace Beadman and four brothers, Charles, Lester, Glen and Carl.

He is survived by three sons, Daniel and his wife, Heidi of North Bend; Todd of Arlington; Brian and his fiancée Kristine Keenan of Omaha; one daughter, Diana Marie Timm of Fremont; one granddaughter, Madeline Amber Timm; his former wife, Anna Timm of Nickerson; Lawrence of Hooper; August of Nickerson; five sisters, Mary Ann Hetrick, Fontanelle; Irene Kuddes, Fremont; Alice (Mrs. Alfred) Clausen, Hooper; Darlene (Mrs. Francis) Miller of Hooper; and Lois (Mrs. Dana) Palmer of Hooper and by a special friend, Beth Vanicek of Wahoo.

Pallbearers are Curtis Behrendt, Terry Rasmussen, William Schafersman, Jim Taylor, Larry Petersen and John Kruger.

Honorary pallbearers are Steve Timm, Mike Timm, John Timm, Larry Timm, Loren, Lauren Timm, Ed Miller, Bob Clausen, Steve Kuddes and James Palmer.

Esther Langhorst is organist.

Moser Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
