George Gilbert Muller, 84, of Omaha died September 24, 1987.

He was born in Hooper, NE September 4, 1903 to John and Anna Muller.

He was baptized October 4, 1903 and confirmed March 24, 1918 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hooper. He resided in Hooper until 1936.

Mr. Muller then worked for Heyden Tile Co., and later joined the Cement Finishers Union, to which he belonged for 45 years.

He was married to Helen Schneekloth June 18, 1937 at Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church, Omaha.

Mr. Muller was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Edna Knutzen; and one brother, Arthur.

He is survived by his wife, Helen; three sons and daughters-in-law, George R. and Alice, Ron and Jean and Dave and Pat; nine grandchildren; one brother, Otto of Hooper, one sister, Viola Lucas of Plattsmouth, NE; and other relatives.

Funeral services were held at Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church in Omaha, Dr. Lawrence Wick officiating.

Interment was at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Omaha. Kremer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
