JAMES DOWLING RITES MONDAY

James Dowling of Kennard died last Friday in an Omaha hospital. Deceased was born in Missouri Valley, Iowa October 28, 1876 and thus would have been 73 years old at his next birthday.

He was first married to a Miss Foster, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nate Foster. To this union one child was born. Mrs. Foster* died and in time Mr. Dowling remarried and to this union six children were born, five daughters and one son. All of these children are living.

Funeral services were held and interment was made in the Blair cemetery.
