MYRON TOFTE, 83

Services for Myron Tofte, 83 of Fremont, who died November 8, 1993 at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County in Fremont were Thursday, November 11 at Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fremont. Rev. Leland Uden officiated. Burial was in Memorial Cemetery.

Myron Tofte was born September 24, 1910 in Mullan, Idaho. He grew up on the family farm near Blair and graduated from Blair High School in 1928. He lived in the area until 1955 when he moved to a farm in Dodge County.

He moved into Fremont in 1961 and worked at Magnus Metal, retiring in 1975.

He was a member of Salem Evangelical Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 200, both of Fremont.

He married Lillian Neuhaus May 4, 1952 in Omaha. She survives.

Other survivors include a son, Marshall of Lincoln; a sister, Lois Ritner of Clearwater, Florida and two granddaughters.

Memorials have been established to the church and the American Cancer Society.

Ludvigsen Mortuary in Fremont was in charge of arrangements.
