Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 30 at Roeder Mortuary for Christie Jo Capalite Mungerson, 27, who died December 25, 1992 as a result of a single gunshot wound to the head. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Christie Jo Capalite Mungerson was born August 25, 1965 at Huntington Beach, California. Her parents were Myron and Beverly Andersen Capalite.

She was a letter carrier in Omaha.

She is survived by a son, Micky Capalite; one brother, Steven Capalite; a half-sister, Tanya Capalite; her father, Myron Capalite; her step-father, Arthur Lauritsen; a nephew, Michael; her grandmother, Ester Andersen and aunts and uncles.

Roeder Mortuary, 50th and Ames, Omaha is in charge of arrangements.
