Service Set For Former Blair Man

Funeral services are 1 p.m. Thursday, December 2, at Roeder Mortuary in Omaha for Donald C. Barbe, 50, formerly of Blair. Burial will be in Forest Lawn.

He was a veteran and a member of Benson Post V.F.W. He had been employed for 28 years by Omaha Public Power District.

He is survived by two sons, Chris and Mitchell, both of Omaha; and two daughters, Julie Barbe of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and Mrs. Gary (Denise) Mohr of Omaha. His parents, William H. and Ruth Barbe; one brother, Ralph Barbe; and two sisters, Mrs. Virgil (Ann) Welton and Bonnie Barbe, all of Omaha; and one granddaughter, Jennifer Hoffman, of Sheboygan, also survive him.

Memorials may be made to Bensonvale Covenant Church or the Nebraska Children’s Home.

Roeder Mortuary, 50th and Ames, Omaha, is in charge of arrangements for the services.
