Graveside services were held Saturday, August 18, 1979 in Tekamah, Nebraska, for Grant Reynold Barnard, infant son of Gregory and Debra Barnard. He was born August 7, 1979 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

He weighed only 1 lb. 10 oz. at birth. He was transferred to Children’s Mercy Hospital for his care. He died August 16, 1979.

Survivors include his parents, one sister, Stephanie Michelle. Grandparents Mrs. Mae Conklin, Blair, Nebraska, Mr. Frank Conklin, Jr., Tekamah, Nebraska, Mr. and Mrs. Russell C. Neas of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Great grandparents Mrs. Dorothy Tallman, Shawnee, Oklahoma, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Conklin, Sr., Decatur, Nebraska, Mrs. Gladys Heckes, Oswego, Kansas.

Campbell’s Funeral Home, in Blair, Nebraska, were in charge of the services with Pastor John Peterson officiating.
