FORT CALHOUN MAN DIED FRIDAY AT BLAIR HOSPITAL
Emil Christensen, 69 year-year-old Ft. Calhoun resident, died Friday at Blair Memorial Hospital.
He was born December 14, 1904, in Herman. He has been an employee of the Union Pacific Railroad for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth and by two daughters, Mrs. William Knott (Alice) 0f Council Bluffs, Iowa and by Mrs. George Hays (Virginia) of Farragutt, Iowa. There are four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday (today) at the Bendorf Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Albers will conduct the service. Interment will be made at Silver City, Iowa.
