Richard D. Alexander, 40, of Nickerson, died Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005, at the Fremont Area Medical Center. There is no service or visitation scheduled.

Richard D. “Rick” Alexander was born Aug. 18, 1965, in Fremont to Don and Dorothy Alexander. He grew up in the Arlington and Fontanelle area. He was a 1983 graduate of Arlington High School.

He moved to Nickerson in 1998, and was the owner of Alexander’s Custom/Classic Cars in Arlington. He enjoyed cars and motorcycles.

On May 15, 1999, he married Tina Johnson in Nickerson.

He is survived by his wife, Tina; parents, Don and Dorothy Alexander of Nickerson; daughters, Heather and Samantha Alexander, both of Fremont; sister and brother-in-law, Shelley and Kevin Fischman of Fremont; niece, Shelby Fischman of Fremont; ex-wife, Danette Alexander, also of Fremont.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
