Carly Rae Trisdale, 25, of Blair, died Saturday, June 26, 2004, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Carly Rae Trisdale was born July 22, 1978 in Blair to Gary and Kaye (Phelps) Trisdale. She worked as a certified nursing assistant at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home.

She was always a good friend to others. She enjoyed writing poetry. She was a Past honored Queen of Bethel No. 75 of the International Order of Jobs Daughters.

She is survived by her son, Bradley Hansen of Blair; parents, Gary and Kaye Trisdale of Blair; brother, Dan Trisdale of Blair; sister, Bailey Trisdale of Omaha; grandparents, Bill Trisdale of Blair and Helen Phelps of Decatur; aunts and uncles, Beth Phelps of San Francisco, Calif.; Judy Phelps of Omaha; Bas and Cindy Trisdale of Blair; Linda Trisdale of Blair; four cousins; and extended family and many friends.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
