Services for Carolyn M. Musgrove, age 74, who died October 9, 1992 at the Deaconese Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, were held on Monday, October 12 at the Alexander Funeral Home East Chapel in Evansville. Burial was in Evansville.

Carolyn Jacobsen Musgrove was born in Omaha on July 8, 1918 to William and Irene Jacobsen. The family lived in the Rose Hill area in the 1930’s and she attended the Rose Hill school. Later she attended Blair High School and Ft. Calhoun High school.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Musgrove, her parents and her brother, Reid Jacobsen, Blair.

Survivors include two grandchildren and two nieces.
