Services For Troy Myers Held Sunday

Services for five year old Troy Myers were held on Sunday, September 3rd. Troy was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Myers of Blair. Troy had been seriously ill for many months with leukemia.

Troy passed away on Thursday, August 31 at the University Hospital in Omaha. He was born on May 15, 1967 at Nevada, Iowa. Troy is survived by his parents, one sister Kristin, and grandparents. The grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Myers of Nevada, Iowa and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Jess of Schleswig, Iowa.

Services were held at 2:00 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Blair with Rev. Charles Nenow officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Cecil Myers, W. E. Myers, Jack Myers, Ernie Myers, Val Gene Jess and Clair McKinnis.
