EARL L. TROLSON, 92

Earl L. Trolson, 92, of Blair, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at Carter House in Blair.

Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 28, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Interment will be Saturday, March 5, in the Lake Street Memorial Park Cemetery in Elgin, Ill.

Earl Lee Trolson was born June 19, 1912, in Elgin, Ill., to William and Cora (Lee) Trolson.

On June 26, 1935, he married Vernetta Carlson.

Mr. Trolson was a self-employed auto trimmer. He had lived in Elgin all of his life before moving to Blair three years ago.

He was a member of the Elgin Elks Club; St. Paul’s Evangelical and Reformed United Church of Christ; was past president of the Church Council; and member of Challengers.

He was devoted to his family and will be dearly missed by them.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Linda Trolson of Blair; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Vernetta, in 1993; a son, Robert; and a sister, Ruth.
