ELMER W. TRUHLSEN, 73, DIES AT BLAIR HOSPITAL FRIDAY

Elmer W. Truhlsen, lifetime farmer of the Blair vicinity, died Friday, March 19th at the Memorial Community Hospital at Blair. He was 73 years of age, having been born at Blair August 24, 1902.

He had retired from active farming several years ago and he and his wife, Carrie, lived at 2045 Wright Street in Blair.

He is survived by his wife, and by two sons and a daughter. The sons are Kenneth Truhlsen and Lyle Truhlsen, both of Blair and Mrs. Dean Ogle (Winnie) also of Blair.

Funeral services will be held today at 2:00 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church. The Rev. Robert Albers will conduct the service. Burial will be made in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary.
