Daughter Of Jack Jensens Died In Omaha August 18

Mrs. Pearl A. Nelson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Jensen of Blair, Nebraska was born in Newell, Iowa on December 12, 1924. She passed away after a short illness at University Hospitals in Iowa City on Aug. 18, at the age of 46.

She lived with her parents and brother in the Newell area until age 5, when the family moved to Herman, Nebr. and later to Blair, Nebr. She graduated from Blair High School in 1942. She then entered Immanuel School of Nursing in Omaha, Nebr. In January of 1946 she became a registered nurse and worked for two years.

On February 15, 1948 she was united in marriage to Robert Nelson of Newell, Iowa. They moved to a farm west of Albert City. To this union was born two children: Marie Jo and James Robert.

Survivors are he husband Robert, daughter, Mrs. Bruce Ohrlund of Genesco, Ill. (Marie), and son James at home, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Jensen of Blair, Nebr., and one brother, Robert, also of Blair.

She was buried Saturday at 2:00 P.M. in Newell, Iowa.
