Services for Harry L. Tucker, 72, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 1987, at First United Methodist Church in Blair with Dr. Howard Bailey officiating.

Pallbearers will be Dean Lallman; Ed Lorenzen; Frank Mann; James McIntyre; Nis Mommsen, and Earl Thompson. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

A 7:30 p.m. prayer service will be held Tuesday evening at Campbell Funeral Home in Blair. He died July 4, 1987 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair.

Harry Tucker was born August 3, 1914, in Fort Calhoun to Percy and Katie (Lorenzen) Tucker. He was a veteran of World War II, and was a mechanic wheeler transporter.

Tucker married Dorothy Fisher; she survives. Other survivors include his daughter, Mrs. Carl (Lonne Kay) Mackie of Blair, and a son, Tom Tucker of Blair; four grandchildren; two great-grandsons; five step-grandchildren; four step children, including Karen Gray of O’Neill, Fred Gray of Loveland, Colorado, and Delores Gottsch of Salinas, California; and a sister, Loraine Peterson of Blair.
