JEANETTE TUEL, 78

Memorial services for Jeanette Tuel, 78, of Blair, formerly of Omaha, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2003 at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair. Inurnment will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Calvary Cemetery in Omaha. Mrs. Tuel died Thursday, Feb. 13, at her apartment in Shepherd’s Village in Blair.

Jeanette Tuel was born Aug. 28, 1924 in Washington, Penn., to John and Loise (Olejarz) Savekis.

She lived most of her life in Omaha, working in the housekeeping department at Bergan Mercy Hospital. She had lived the past year in Blair.

She is survived by a son, Paul A. Tuel of Papillion; two daughters, Patricia A. Tuel of Albuquerque, N.M. and Lori Hayduk of Blair; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Janice Baldwin of Phoenix, Ariz. and Gertrude Kupar of Washington, Penn.

She was preceded in death by two sons, William and Wallace, and a brother, Louis Savelus.

Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
