Faulkner Rites To Be Held On Thursday

Funeral services are 2 p.m. Thursday, February 3, at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington for Elizabeth Louise Faulkner, 95, of Arlington, who died January 31, 1983, at Arbor Manor Nursing Home in Fremont.

The Rev. Donald Tiller of Arlington Community Church will conduct the services. Burial will be in the Charlotte Cemetery in Charlotte, Michigan.

Elizabeth Louise Faulkner was born August 25, 1887, in Charlotte, Michigan. She graduated from Ypsilanti State College (now East Michigan University) and then lived in Elyria, Ohio, from 191? until 1970. She taught in Eaton County, Michigan rural schools and at the School for the Blind in Lansing, Michigan. She also taught in the Elyria, Ohio, schools.

She had lived in Arlington for 13 years. She was a member of the Arlington Community Church and the First Congregational Church of Elyria, Ohio. She was also a member of the Fremont and Elyria, Ohio, chapters of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She married Eldon Adams on August 17, 1912. He died in November, 1943.

She then married Edward Faulkner on October 22, 1952. He preceded her in death on February 19, 1964.

She is survived by one son, Alton T. Adams of Arlington. Three grandchildren also survive her. Memorials may be made to the Arlington Community Church.

Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington is in charge of arrangements for the services.
