Funeral services for Lois Irene Christensen were held 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 10, 1989 at the Campbell Funeral Home with Rev. John Pierson officiating. Burial was in the Arlington, Nebraska Cemetery. Lois died at the Good Shepherd Home on Friday, April 7, 1989.

Lois Hansen was born on October 11, 1907 at Bancroft, Nebraska to John C. and Alma Olson Hansen. She attended elementary school in West Point, Nebraska and attended Blair High School. She married Leonard Christensen on December 8, 1927 at Council Bluffs, Iowa. They lived in Bennington, Nebraska from 1937 until moving to Blair in 1977.

Lois is survived by her husband, Leonard, of Blair; two brothers, Harold Hansen of Fremont, Milford Hansen, St. Charles, Missouri; four sister, Leone Johnson, Oakland, Nebraska, Helen Slatt, Fremont, Mrs. Henry (Bernice) Frye, Arlington, and Mrs. Clifford (Marion) Johnson of West Point, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Chester and John Hansen and by one sister Nina Mae Hansen.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
