Services for Scott Tyson, 48 of Blair who died December 17, 1994 at Crowell Memorial Home in Blair will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 21 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church with burial in Blair Cemetery.

Harry Scott Tyson was born June 25, 1946 in Omaha, Nebraska to Paul and Donaldeen “Scott” Tyson. He attended Bono School in rural Blair until 1960 when the Tyson family moved to California. In 1964, he graduated from Ceres High School in Ceres, California.

He joined the Army National Guard in 1966 and was stationed for a time in Germany. After his discharge he lived in California and Alaska.

In 1979, he moved back to Blair and on July 2, 1981 he married Patricia Grabbe in Blair.

He worked at St. Joseph Hospital in Omaha for 13 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul.

He is survived by his wife, Pat; mother and step-father, Donaldeen and Pat Cadden of Blair and San Jose, California; brothers, Gary Tyson and Don Tyson, Modesto, California and Ron Tyson of Lewisville, Texas; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Grabbe, Herman and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
