THOMAS NED TYSON, 60

Thomas N. Tyson, 60 of Georgetown, Texas, died at home after a long battle with emphysema.

Thomas Ned Tyson was born March 1, 1941 in Omaha to Ned and Irma (Barge) Tyson of Herman. He attended Herman High School and graduated from Wentworth Military Academy.

He was united in marriage to Sandra Lee (Marquardt) on October 16, 1958.

Mr. Tyson is survived by his wife, Sandra; a son and daughter-in-law, Thomas Ned Tyson Jr. and Alice Perez of Jonestown, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Tamara and Allan Moritz of Austin, Texas; five grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, George and Nancy Jane Tyson, Blair; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Susan and Russell Van Horn, Omaha, and Nancy Axtell, Elkhorn; his father-in-law, Robert L. Marquardt, Lago Vista, TX.; and two brothers-in-law, Robert L. Marquardt Jr., Lago Vista, TX; A. William Marquardt II, Pompano Beach, Fla.; and many nephews, nieces and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be directed to Circle of Life Hospice, Round Rock, Texas. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at 320 Farris Ranch Rd., Georgetown, Texas 78628.

All Faith Funeral Home, Austin, Texas is in charge of arrangements. A private service is planned for family and close friends.
