Mrs. Neve Dies At Daughter’s Home

Mrs. Christine Neve, who has resided at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Hedlund, for the past few years, passed away August 21st. She was born on August 8, 1873 at Schleswig, Denmark, and came to the United States in 1886.

Her husband, Andrew Neve, died 44 years ago. She is survived by four daughters: Mrs, Lloyd Hedlund (Alta) of Blair, Mrs. William Kruse (Gladys) and Miss Olga Neve of Omaha; and Mrs. Roy Kellogg (Florence) of Bellerue, Washington. There are three sons: George of Omaha, Walter of Phoenix, Arizona, and Fred of Kansas City, Mo. She had eight grandchildren and six great-granddaughters. Also surviving are a brother, John Johnson, of Orofino, Idaho; and a sister, Mrs. L.A. Nelson of Huron, S.D.

The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Rev, Elmer Mueller will officiate at the funeral services at the Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Omaha Thursday (today) at 2 p.m.

Interment will be in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha.
