Services For Carl Andersen To Be Friday

Services for 73 year old Carl Andersen will be on Friday, August 4th, at the First Christian Church in Blair. Mr. Andersen died on Tuesday, August 1, at his home at 337 North 22nd street.

Rev. Owen Wilmot will officiate for the Friday service. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Funeral Home.

Mr. Andersen was born at Spiker, Nebraska on July 18, 1905. He married Ada Gilliam and the couple farmed in the Spiker area until they moved to Blair. Mr. Andersen is survived by his wife, Ada, two sons, eleven grandchildren, and a great grandchild. The sons are Jerome, of Arlee, Montana; and Richard of Newcastle, Wyoming.

There are two surviving brothers and two sisters. They are: Chris Andersen of Herman; Peter Andersen of Herman; Mrs. Henry Wolsmann of Blair and Mrs. Lulu Wolsmann of Blair.

Pallbearers will be: Donald Andersen, Leland Grabbe, Harlan Petersen, Earl W. Thompson, Harley Thompson and Robert Wolsmann.
