Ed Feer, Former Blair Man, Dies

Edward A. Feer, a former Blair man and a brother of Don Feer, well-known Blair automobile dealer, died Sunday at a hospital in Los Angeles. He had suffered from cancer for more than three months.

Mr. Feer, who was 48 years old, was born April 11, 1918, in Blair, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Feer. He grew to manhood in Blair, was a graduate of Blair High School and attended Dana College.

During World War II he became a captain in the AirCorps and a pilot instructor. Following the war he remained on the west coast and entered into the real estate business in Los Angeles.

He is survived by his wife, Lee and by a daughter, Woody and by two granddaughters, Megan and Quinn. Also surviving are two brothers, Don of Blair, and Kenneth of Bakersfield, California, and a sister, Edna Chamberlain, of Kent, Washington.

Funeral services were held in Los Angeles Wednesday with burial there.
