Services were held December 15 at Crown Hill Mortuary Chapel in Wheatridge, Colorado, for Lewis L. Nicholson of Golden, Colorado, who died December 12, 1983, at Lutheran Medical Center in Wheatridge.

The Rev. Earl K. Hanna of Arvada United Methodist Church officiated. Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery at Wheatridge.

Lewis L. Nicholson was born to Glen and Edna Stricklett Nicholson on May 17, 1934, at Blair. He graduated from Blair High School in May, 1951, and moved to Arvada, Colorado in September 1958.

His parents; a brother, George; and a son, Ronald L. Nicholson preceded him in death.

He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Randell L. and Lisa Nicholson, of Phoenix, Arizona, and Robert L. and Beth Nicholson of Denver, Colorado. Two grandchildren, Michelle and Danielle, of Denver; two brothers, Glen Nicholson of Omaha and Ross Nicholson of Blair; and two sisters, Edna Gutschow and Fern Bauman, both of Blair, also survive him.

Joe Williams was soloist. Mrs. Audrey Allen was organist.
