Mrs. H. Skov Nielsen Died October 20th

Mrs. H. Skov Nielsen, 86, passed away suddenly at the Good Shepherd Home Tuesday, October 20th, where she had resided during the past few months.

Anna K. Jensen was born April 27, 1878 near Orum and was united in marriage to H. Skov Nielsen on September 28, 1902. They observed their 60th wedding anniversary in September, 1962. Mr. Nielsen passed away on October 16 that same year.

Survivors are four children; Harold E. Nielsen of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mrs. Bruce Melvin (Elna) of Greenbelt, Md., Mrs. A. T. Selley (Alyce) of Milwaukee and Mrs. Dagney Hinton of St. Paul, Minnesota. Also seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. N. Debel of St. Paul Minnesota and one brother, Martin Jensen, of Huntington Beach, California.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, October 23rd, at the First Lutheran Church with the Rev. George Palleson officiating. The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Frank Root, P. V. Hansen, Ingvard Skobo, Ted Nelson, Niels G. Nielsen, all of Blair, and Harold Nielsen, Jr., a grandson of Millwaukee.
