Mr. Anderson was born April 8, 1947, in Omaha. He graduated from Arlington High School in 1965. He married his wife, Joyce, Nov. 16, 1966, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in rural Arlington. He had worked for Western Electric for 16 years.

He was a member of the Blair Masonic Lodge, Kennard Fire Department, Emmaus Lutheran Church and was one of the five who started the Kennard Rescue Squad.

Survivors are his wife, Joyce, Kennard; children and their spouses, Jamie and Janell Anderson, Blair; Jeff and Danya, Mondamin, Iowa and Jody and Trevor Frampton, Omaha; one grandchild, Jared; his father, Roscoe Anderson, Kennard and two brothers, William Anderson, Dallas, Tex.; and Jerry Anderson, Arlington.
