Pearl, adopted daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Christiansen, who live out near Orum, died at Beatrice, Neb., on May 27th, and the body was brought here for burial at Orum. The funeral was held at the Christiansen home at 2 o’clock Tuesday, May 30th, Rev. N. P. Long, of this city officiating. She was born Feb. 26th, 1903, and was therefore past 13 years of age.
