Hayek, Englewood, Colo.; Jerry and Kathy Hayek of Omaha; Tom and Mary Anne Bates of Arlington; granddaughters and their spouses, Judy and Richard Bowley, Peggy and Roger Carrell and Diane Brewer, all of Omaha; great-grandsons and their spouses, Kenneth and Carol Bowley, Chris and Leslie Carrell, Jon and Monica Carrell, Jeremy Carrell, Jason Hayek and Matthew Bates; great-granddaughters and spouse, Debra and William Knight, Melissa Hayek, Tiffany Hayek, Nicole Brewer and Emily Bates; great-great-grandchildren, Dylan Bowley, Lindsey Bowley, Lauren Bowley, Ryan Knight, Paige Knight and Rex Carrell; a sister-in-law Alvena Nelsen and nieces and nephews.
