Wilma Bernice Baumgardner, 75, formerly of Blair, died January 2, 1988, in Smith Center, Kansas.

She was born October 22, 1912, in Kensington, Kansas.

Her husband, Joe, worked for Hinky Dinky, and lived in Blair from 1962 until his death in October, 1985. Wilma was a bookkeeper in Omaha, and continued living in Blair until 1986.

Funeral services were held January 5, 1985, at Simmons Chapel in Kensington. Pastor Greg Gaskamp officiated.

Casket bearers were Harold Statz, Don Pierce, Bob Beckman, Blake Pierce, Bob Bennett, Kenneth Pierce, Kyle Pierce and Ted Hesterman.

Burial was in the Olive Branch Cemetery, Kensington.
