One-Time Blair Woman Is Buried

Funeral services were held in Windom, Minn., January 4th for Mrs. Elizabeth Nielsen, a one time Blair woman. She had died January 2nd at the age of 94.

Mrs. Nielsen was the widow of H. P. Nielsen, early day Blair resident. They were married here in 1887 and lived here until 1905.

Survivors in this vicinity include two daughters, Mrs. Christine Petersen and Mrs. Sophie Petersen, both of Fremont, a sister, Mrs. Lena Hansen, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Lena Paulsen, both of Blair.

Those from this area attending the services were Mrs. Lena Paulson, Harold Paulson, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hansen, James Hansen, Mrs. Paul Schneider and Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Mueller, all of Blair. Others were Mrs. George Boschult and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Fleming, of Herman, Mrs. Christine Petersen, Mrs. Sophia Petersen and Mrs. August Brei, of Fremont.
