Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 20, at the First United Methodist Church in Blair. Lyle Eugene Hall was born March 6, 1954, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Harold and Darlene (Little) Hall. He moved with his parents to Kennard in 1963 and to Blair in 1964.
