Morten A. Nielsen, 90

Former Omaha resident Morten A. Nielsen, 90, of Blair, died Sept. 28, 2004, at Crowell Memorial Home in Blair. No services will be held.

Morten Alfred Nielsen was born Jan. 11, 1914, in Weeping Water to Alfred and Mary (Corwin) Nielsen. He was a veteran, and had served in World War II.

Mr. Nielsen worked at Hinky-Dinky in Omaha for several years as a warehouseman.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Jerry Shearman of Blair; two grandsons and their families; two great-grandsons; and a brother, Clayton Nielsen of Seattle, Wash.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
