Mrs. Lizzie Nieman, 83, Was Buried Saturday

Services for Mrs. Lizzie Nieman, 83, of Fremont, were held Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church. Rev. Arlin Holtz and Rev. T.J. Vogel officiated.

Burial was made in St. Paul Lutheran cemetery north of Arlington.

Lizzie Franke was born at Fontanelle January 30, 1883. She was married to Henry F. Nieman at Arlington, February 28, 1901. They farmed near Arlington until retiring to Fremont 37 years ago.

He husband died in Fremont, August 27, 1952.

Mrs. Nieman died at the Dodge County Community Hospital annex after a short illness.

Survivors include three sons, Albert and Martin, Fremont, and Walter of Blair; four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, W.A. Franke, Fremont; and a sister Mrs. Hilda Riedel, Detroit, Michigan.
