Robert C. Noel, 60

Robert C. “Charlie” Noel, 60 , died Thursday, July 20, 2006, at his home in St. Paul after a long battle with cancer. In accordance with his wishes, his body was cremated and no memorial service is planned.

He is survived by his wife, formerly of Blair, Carol A. (Paine) Noel; two sons and daughters-in-law, Patrick and Elizabeth Noel of Tobias, and Curtis and Robyn Noel of Duncan, S.C.; daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Tariq Hussain of Liberty, Mo.; and one sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Larry Blake of Oak Harbor, Ohio; and six grandchildren.
