Kathleen A. Noyes, 59

Kathleen A. Noyes, 59, of Craig, died Sunday, April 1, 2007, at Oakland Heights Nursing Home in Oakland. Memorial services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, April 14, at Immanuel Lutheran Church of rural Hooper. No visitation will be held.

Kathleen Ann Viles was born March 11, 1948, in Blair, to Nial and Berneta Opal (Loudon) Viles. She graduated from Blair High School in 1967.

On June 12, 1965, she married Clyde Noyes Sr.

Mrs. Noyes lived in Lyons, Arlington, Fort Calhoun, and Blair before moving to Craig in 1997.

She worked in cafes for 16 years, cleaned houses, had a daycare in her home for 10 years, worked at Kiddie Kare Korner for four years, drove a school bus for the Blair Community Schools for several years and did over-the-road trucking with her husband.

She was a member of the Blair VFW Auxiliary Post No, 1251, and Immanuel Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband, Clyde; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Clyde Jr. of Craig, James and Pam of Craig, and Robert of Kennard; five grandchildren; three sisters, Susan Jensen of Omaha, Anita Donahue of Springfield, Ohio, and Mary Williams of Maryville, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
