The body of Mrs. Matt Bolton was brought here from Alliance, Neb., last Saturday and the funeral held at the home of her mother, Mrs. Val Bunn, Sunday afternoon, Rev. W. H. Underwood officiating. Minnie Jane Bunn was born in Cuming City township August 25th, 1870, and died at a hospital in Alliance on April 17th, following an operation. At the age of 18 years she was married to Samuel Deaver and five children were born to them, Golda May, who died at the age of two years, Clayton R. Deaver and Mrs. Alfreda Morgan of Gillette, Wyo., and Gerald Deaver, who is now serving in France. One child died in infancy. She had lived in Herman until about five years ago, when she went to make her home with her son, Clayton, in Gillette. She was married to Matt Bolton, August 9th, 1917, at Newcastle, Wyo., where she made her home until her death. She was not yet 49 years of age. Besides her mother she leaves two brothers, Chas. B. and Herbert Bunn, and one sister, Mrs. Barrett, of Denver and one sister, Mrs. Barrett, of Denver. The family have the sincere sympathy of many friends.
