Funeral services were held last week for Roy C. Karn, 71, of Long Beach, California, and formerly of Nickerson, who died Tuesday, August 10, 1982, after a lengthy illness. Burial was in San Pedro, California.

Roy C. Karn was born June 20, 1911, in Nickerson. He lived there until 1941 when he moved to California.

He is survived by his wife, Doris; and one sister, Mrs. Doris Stevens, of San Jacinto, California.
