Services for Frieda L. A. Kassebaum, 81 of Omaha and formerly of Arlington and West Point who died July 31, 1992 at Lutheran Home in Omaha are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 4 at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington. Rev. Michael L. Rogers of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is officiating. Burial is in St. Paul’s Cemetery north of Arlington.

Visitation is from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

Frieda L. A. Kassebaum was born December 10, 1910 in rural Arlington. She was raised in Arlington.

She received her education in Watertown, Wisconsin.

She returned to rural Arlington and in 1950 moved to West Point. She entered the Lutheran Home in Omaha in June, 1968.

She was a former member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at Arlington.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Casper and Louise Stork Kassebaum; brothers, Edgar, Clarence and Oscar Kassebaum and two sisters, Alvia Ellison and Lena Cox.

She is survived by a brother, George J. “Doc” Kassebaum of West Point and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial may be given to Lutheran Home in Omaha.

Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington was in charge of arrangements.
